As a Creator Specialist, you’ll be working on creating relationships with content creators to support the growth of Pinterest in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You'll be part of our German office that partners with influencers and bloggers to drive initiatives that meet creators’ goals as well as Pinterest’s growth and content goals. Start date is November 2019 and this contract is limited to 18 months. The job is based in Berlin, Germany. If interested, please upload your resume in English.

What you'll do:

• Support the creator department in the current day-to-day business and in project management
• Contribute to Pinterest DACH’s strategic Creator strategy with a focus on content acquisition (e.g. static Pins, video and other native formats)
• Build out the German Content Creator Forum and take care of community management and creator education
• Organize online and offline workshops to educate creators at scale
• Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics internally and to creators

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor degree in marketing, economics or communication studies
• First experience in digital marketing communicating with influencers and other stakeholders
• Have an analytical mindset to work with external and internal KPI goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, be professionally proficient in German and English
• Passion for visual inspiration and joining an international operating startup that allows you to try new things and actively push the limits on the current status quo
