CRM Analyst
Squarespace is looking for a passionate and adaptable CRM Marketing Analyst to help develop and execute our CRM strategy.
With a keen eye and meticulous attention to detail, you will support our expansion into other forms of direct communication including push, in-app and onsite marketing initiatives. You have a strong technical tendency with a desire to improve proficiency with our marketing technology. You will be a part of a growing team, focused on transforming Email Marketing as a revenue-driver for the company. This position is based out of our New York headquarters and reports to the CRM Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data analysis
- Collaborate with email team on the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against revenue-driving goals including CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement and retention
- Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for Brand Marketing channels
- Develop ad-hoc performance reports for campaigns, activations or special projects
- Analyze and report on campaign results and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve engagement, and support overall email strategy
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability and file health (unsubs, deadweight, etc.)
- Partner closely with team to brainstorm ways to optimize key metrics including click through rates, open rates, conversion, and retention
- Contribute to ideation process with strategic insights, supporting the development of creating strategic content and for emails
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Analytics teams to develop and advance email tools
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in a strategic email marketing role
- Knowledge of overall email processes and ESP platforms
- Knowledge of Python and SQL; HTML and CSS is a plus
- Operations-minded, hands-on execution of CRM cross-messaging channels
- Creative and strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growth
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management skills and strong work ethic
- Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited time frame and to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organization
