Garner Health is looking for a digital CRM Specialist who will be responsible for increasing enrollment and utilization of Garner’s core employee-facing product by building and deploying the direct communication with our members. Our CRM Specialist will be a critical member of Garner’s Client Success team - their main job will be to get members in the door!

This role will work to optimize our acquisition channels and maximize engagement throughout the user journey. You’ll work closely with the Account Management, Product, and Data teams to drive Garner’s mission. This role will initially report to our Director of Engagement Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Deploy member-facing email campaigns to increase enrollment in Garner (we use Iterable) 
  • Build and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in managing deployment execution (creating template and documentation)
  • Set up email whitelisting and strategies for increasing deliverability rates, improving inbox placement, and maintaining email reputation
  • Maintain a high degree of email hygiene, enforce email best practices.
  • Keep email lists relevant (new eligibility and claims files) 
  • Monitor email metrics and create reports on the success of campaigns (delivery, conversion, etc) and drive new iterations to optimize engagement 

About you:

  • 2-5 years in user growth / user acquisition marketing at a high growth company, marketing agency or consulting firm 
  • Strong experience and comfort using an ESP (Iterable experience not required)
  • Incredibly organized and meticulously detail oriented-- you are able to project manage multiple work streams and deliver dozens of individualized campaigns flawlessly
  • Data driven - you love to understand what makes campaigns successful and think about what changes can be made in order to hit and exceed goals
  • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the US healthcare system
