We are seeking a CRO & Web Experimentation Manager to join our Global Performance Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Collect all the data points across the user journey and marketing funnel, get insights into where dropouts happen and conversion can be improved.
  • Own the digital journey to conversion on the UiPath web properties.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action(CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
  • Own, lead and execute the A/B and MVT experimentation program at UiPath.
  • Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan.
  • Familiarity with UX practices will help with understanding the customer needs, what they’re saying and not saying, to determine how to deliver the right message the right way to achieve the business goals.
  • Cross disciplinary communication and planning with the web team, paid advertising team, SEO and performance marketing teams.
  • Proficient with CRO, experimentation, analytics & insights tools like Optimizely, Google Analytics and Google Analytics 360, as well as other marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo & Demandbase.
  • Generate and present comprehensive reports for management and overall business analysis.
  • Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate, and be a team player.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in a global company
  • University Degree in marketing, marketing research, statistics, psychology or communications sciences
  • An interest in psychology is helpful, critical thinking is a must
  • Multi-disciplinary digital marketer, but also non-stop learner
  • Curiosity, perseverance, process orientation, but also flexibility are essential traits
  • People skills and empathy are critical
  • Main KPIs for the role: increase click through rates, conversion rates, revenue per visitor, engagement, time on site and more across all digital traffic drivers & Decrease CPCs, costs pers conversion and costs per acquisition/sale
  • Basic coding skills in Javascript, JQuery, HTML and CSS a plus
  • Google Analytics certification a plus
