SiO Beauty is an exciting skincare line that leverages medical grade silicone, an ingredient that has been used to treat burns and scars for more than 30 years, to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Launched in July 2016, SiO started with a proprietary skin patch that focused on the decollette area.  We added new products for the face in July 2017, which immediately increased sales and PR buzz.  To celebrate our second year anniversary, we introduced additional products including shapes for the body and a men’s line. We focus on direct to consumer marketing.

We are seeking a passionate, analytical and entrepreneurially-minded Customer Acquisition Manager. In this role you will be responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition for SiO Beauty.   The ideal candidate has experience running various paid channels, strong analytical skills and understands the need to iterate quickly.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with many teams - from customer retention to PR to creative -  in order to support the SiO business.

SiO Beauty is housed within Loeb.nyc, a venture lab founded by Loeb Enterprises, so you will work in a shared open space environment with a number of other dynamic, leading edge start ups.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver on customer acquisition goals and KPIs, including ROAS and CPA targets, to acquire customers at a profitable cost
  • Scale paid channels, including social, SEM, display and affiliate, while managing to a CPA
  • Lead relationships with outside agencies who support customer acquisition efforts
  • Determine creative needs for paid channels and work with creative agency to develop them
  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for promotions and  product launches
  • Create dashboard and reporting to track performance metrics
  • Run our referral program
  • Identify and research new high-potential channels to test and incorporate into the overall acquisition plan

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-4 years experience working on digital paid acquisition channels, especially Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager and Google Adwords
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tool
  • Ability to manage an external agency
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude who can take a project and run with it
