About the Role

As the Customer Marketing Manager, you’re responsible for identifying, building, maintaining, and managing key customer relationships with the goal of getting them to participate in written success stories, testimonial videos, and use case studies. In this role, you will also be a project manager, leading the creation of the customer-based marketing and sales collateral identified above.

This role requires a hands on, high-touch approach to successfully cultivate deep customer relationships. As the ideal candidate, you should be able to work with multiple customers on multiple projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative, cross functional environment. In addition to building positive relationships with customers, you’ll also need to successfully collaborate with teams of marketers, designers, video creators, and content writers to successfully execute these responsibilities.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer marketing experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for working with high end, high maintenance clients
  • Experience being a detail-oriented project manager
  • Experience producing and managing the content deliverables outlined above
  • Self starter with a passion for details
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ideal candidate will also have their own list of customer contacts from which to call upon

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales and growth teams, along with other industry veterans at the company to identify potential customers for Frame.io marketing stories
  • Maintain and manage customer relationships for marketing purposes
  • Work with customers across the M&E, Agency, and Brand segments to identify unique workflows, use cases, and customer stories that could be leveraged for compelling marketing content
  • Determine project scopes with timelines, deliverables and costs
  • Work with dedicated project squads as the project manager to execute and deliver testimonials, stories, and case studies on time and on budget
  • Foster relationships with partner teams to ensure close collaboration and a positive, team-focused work environment
  • Cultivate a fun, engaging, and balanced work environment
