This position is full time and is remote work from home.

 

Demand Generation Marketers at Bbot will collaborate closely with the CEO, Marketing team, and Sales team to help market our growing services in new and authentic ways as well as increase the impact of Bbot’s Go-To-Market initiatives. Furthermore, you will help track KPIs to inform the respective teams on their performance and how their methodologies could be shifted to increase conversion rates.


What you will do:

  • Track and analyze marketing performance and brand awareness
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that website and content assets released are well executed and ‘on-brand’ for Bbot’s audience
  • Work with marketing website developers to ensure SEO best practices
  • Help develop and formalize marketing campaigns to create brand awareness
  • Help define and refine lead personas through research and data
  • Help identify competitors and create documentation to help sales against them
  • Stay on top of competitor products and industry trends
  • Develop and define a process on how to set Bbot apart from its competitors (SaaS or POS)
  • Help define the marketing team’s role during the sales cycle
  • Find creative solutions to market Bbot products
  • Use past experience practices to develop unique and engaging web experiences
  • Work with contractors to help communicate content and design needs
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality and ensure the best work is released in a timely manner

 

Required Experience and Skills

  • Managed a budget of 500k minimum annually
  • Be ambitious in your expectations of yourself and the company’s growth
  • Proven experience as a marketer and analyst
  • Background in search engine optimization
  • Experience running online ad campaigns
  • Have a result-oriented mindset focusing on metrics and KPIs
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Have a user-centric mindset 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Lead with a competitive mentality against competitors
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn Bbot’s customer personas (B2B) and the various solutions we offer to build out marketing strategy
  • Customer service experience and/or experience in the restaurant industry are a plus, but not required
  • Ability to learn marketing software used, specifically InDesign, inkscape, canva, hubspot, salesforce

Eligibility

  • Full-time employment position is open to all applicants in the United States.
