Demand Generation Associate
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our marketing team with a focus on demand generation. You will have the ability to strongly impact the growth of our business by driving the strategy and management of key lead acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
Pay-per lead program management
- Own relationships with 3rd party vendors with the purpose to purchase leads in our sweet spot (i.e. phone qualifying review sites, high quality lead programs)
- Provide recommendations/collaborate on 3rd party vendors to use based on spend needed, timing, and associated targets
- Execute and monitor campaigns to ensure targets are met. Work with vendors to resolve shortfall
- Report on conversion
- Own the strategy and management of display/brand ads and retargeting campaigns
- Communicate with the Sales team to ensure alignment with demand generation strategy
Intent data management
- Work with current intent data vendors and identify opportunities for future investment
- Ensure SDR team is utilizing the intent data to full potential and develop/manage programs or trainings to improve their performance
- Collaborate with team to leverage intent data in various ways to drive leads and conversion
Conversational marketing management
- Own and manage the online Sales chat playbooks and strategy
- Track metrics and evaluate areas for improvement
- Audit and update regularly to ensure optimization of the chat channel
Other
- Assist with other demand generation projects or initiatives as needed
- Come to the table with creative/innovative ideas to improve lead generation
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 1-5 years experience working on a marketing team and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Adaptable and comfortable in ambiguous situations and love problem solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast past environment
- Clear writing, critical thinking and communication skills
- Desire to learn new skills and improve current ones
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce and Drift
- Experience working with HR technology or other B2B SaaS vendors
- Experience with intent data strategies
