About the opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our rapidly growing company. The Demand Generation Manager will play a foundational role on the Ontra Marketing team by helping to scale and execute our existing webinar and virtual event programs and create net-new demand gen and account-based marketing campaigns in close collaboration with our Content, Product Marketing, Legal Partnerships and Account Management teams. Additionally, the Demand Generation Manager will have the opportunity to help build and maintain demand generation programs that are the backbone of our marketing sourced pipeline creation, customer retention, and legal partner engagement.
The Demand Generation Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation at Ontra and the preferred locations for this role are San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City.*
What you’ll do
- Webinars: Support ON24 instance and webinar execution. Manage the process from set up, promotion, execution, and sales enablement
- Legal Community: Support the Legal Partnerships team with legal partner-centric webinars to support education, growth, community building
- Customer Marketing: Support the Account Management team with customer-centric webinars to support retention and revenue growth
- Campaign execution and management: Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, legal partnerships, and other marketing team members to manage ongoing account-based-marketing campaigns
- Data-Driven initiatives: Proactively analyze different datasets with the goal of finding ways to improve webinar registration and attendance
- Automate processes: Partner with marketing operations and sales operations to automate demand generation programs
- Ad-hoc requests: Handle one-off requests from different departments to help aid with attorney and employee recruitment campaigns
- Optimization: Partner with marketing operations and digital marketing to optimize demand generation campaign delivery from segmentation through to sales acceptance processes using data, analytics, and automation capabilities
- Reporting: Measure demand generation KPIs on a monthly basis with respect to month over month growth
What you’ll bring
- Experience: 2-4 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in a high growth B2B SaaS company
- Detail-oriented: Attention to detail while executing webinars, email campaigns, and event-based marketing initiatives
- Written Communication: Able to write at a high level across a variety of marketing materials
- Proactive mentality: Take the initiative to properly plan and manage campaigns and continuously test different data-driven approaches with a can-do attitude
- Collaborative: Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with sales, account management and legal partnerships
- Salesforce/Marketing Automation Experience: Intermediate understanding of Salesforce (Lightning), and marketing automation systems (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot)
- Technical expertise: Advanced proficiency in webinar technology (ON24), Excel/Google sheets; Powerpoint, and project management software (preferably Asana)
