About the Role:


Transfix is on an exciting growth path, and building a best-in-class marketing team and marketing machine will be integral to hitting our ambitious goals. In order to achieve this, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager, reporting directly to our VP of Revenue and Product Marketing. In this role, you will help us build the foundation for how our marketing team creates, captures, and nurtures demand from our target ICPs. In this role you will:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and tracking of all paid channels (e.g., SEM, social, remarketing, display, affiliates, ABM) to drive marketing performance and align that performance with revenue goals
  • Lead end-to-end planning, development, and execution of paid campaigns across internal and external teams (designers, writers, content managers, and more)
  • Implement strategic SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and conversions
  • Develop key channel reports (ROI, LTV, ROAS, and more) to measure campaign performance and provide regular analysis of performance
  • Be our subject matter expert knowledge on all major ad platforms - Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, Quora, and all other worthwhile social and ad platforms
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation across all elements of advertising - ad copy, CTAs, landing pages, etc.
  • Manage channel forecasting and budgeting to meet growth and ROI targets
  • Optimize our for pipeline creation, not MQLs 
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns to a variety of segments
  • Deep understanding of audience development

You’re an Excellent Fit for this Role if You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience, specifically within B2B demand generation
  • Strong modeling skills
  • An excellent understanding of digital ABM strategies and tactics
  • Expertise with a variety of ad platforms and marketing tools 
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social, and web
  • Analytical thinking skills; you like working with data to tell meaningful stories that drive business decisions and results
  • Strong communication skills; you can work well on your own and also collaboratively with a dynamic and growing team
  • A self-starter mindset; you seek out and find opportunities to make improve processes, systems, reports, and workflows, and you’re not afraid to take ownership over them
  • A track record of collaborating across teams; you can effectively partner with sales, operations, designers, and marketers
  • You are hyper ROI focused and know how to stretch a dollar in creative, impactful ways

Location

Transfix's NYC HQ is steps from the Oculus and Fulton Center, with access to subway train lines. We are close to tons of restaurants, shops. We are on the top floor so have wonderful light and breathtaking views, including a spectacular view of One World Trade from our outdoor rooftop deck!
