Demand Generation Manager
Do you love building and scaling measurable marketing results through multiple channels? We have an exciting role for a demand generation manager to take responsibility for Smartly.io demand generation efforts from awareness through acquisition. You will own strategy, execution and performance tracking of global and regional marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels together with a team of in-house experts as well as agency partners. This role is focused on increasing inbound leads from both paid and organic sources and developing nurture programs that improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience owning the full life cycle of digital campaigns and generating results that meet company growth objectives.
As a Demand Generation Manager you will...
- Develop, maintain and execute demand generation programs globally, consistently communicating initiatives, progress, and results
- Collaborate with regional marketing to build lead gen and account based marketing programs that support business goals
- Work cross-functionally with other marketing team members including product marketing, regional and brand marketing and content production
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
- Optimize acquisition funnel and lead nurturing processes through paid social, organic and paid search, email, webinars, content and social media and sponsorships
- Support the development of content required for campaign deliverables (ebooks, success stories, landing pages, etc.) through internal and/or partner resources
- Deliver world-class reporting and analytics that show how marketing programs impact revenue; define and track key metrics, develop dashboards, deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed
- Work with content marketing manager to help inform content strategy, develop campaign specific messages and align demand generation programs with ongoing copywriting initiatives
We are looking for you if you have...
- 5+ years experience in a B2B software marketing or agency marketing role
- Experience in HubSpot marketing automation
- Experience in Salesforce CRM
- Experience analyzing data to inform future decisions or segmentation choices
- Personal interest in staying up-to-date on the latest trends and emerging best practices in the community
- Ability to prioritise resources and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in working with a global team is preferred
