Maven is looking for a data-driven, Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive the creation, execution and analysis of our lead generation efforts to build our B2B pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You will partner closely with our Marketing and Sales organizations to fill our inbound funnel through both digital and traditional channels.
As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will:
- Own the creation and execution of our cross-channel demand gen programs to generate new leads, qualify and nurture existing contacts and support the creation of sales-ready opportunities
- Manage all channels for lead acquisition, including direct media buys, sponsored webinars, email, SEM, SEO, paid social, display, direct mail, content syndication and referral
- Partner with marketing operations and content to create nurture campaigns to deliver timely, targeted campaigns and drive the creation of MQLs
- Partner with senior director of growth marketing to support the testing and optimization of the company website
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our content team to support the distribution and promotion of content across channels
- Set metrics to measure channel effectiveness and continually optimize paid efforts in order to prioritize spend efficiently
- Proactively collaborate with sales and sales operations to ensure that lead gen goals are aligned across all departments
- Continually test and learn, recommend new channels, acquisition approaches and A/B tests
- Create and manage project budgets and report on ROI
- Analyze data to prove ROI and manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success
We’re looking for you to bring:
- 5-8 years of marketing experience driving demand gen programs for B2B
- Proven ability to create pipeline and understanding of marketing KPIs and metrics (MQL, SQL, etc.)
- Data-driven, digital marketer with a deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CMI, CPA, CPC, CPL & LTV)
- Experience in a highly analytical role with strong hands-on experience, proficiency and enthusiasm for analyzing campaign
- Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce preferred
- Experience with website analytics, SEO/SEM, landing page optimization
- Execution oriented mindset - with the humility and drive to get it done
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail
