The Role:

The Digital Ad Operations Specialist is expected to understand site ad functionality, including knowledge of all ad products available on our site. This individual will execute, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize platform ads and sponsored email campaigns for LeafLink advertisers. This position will also be responsible for managing campaign reporting for internal and external purposes and helping the Ads Sales Team with projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

Platform Ads & Sponsored Email Campaign Management (60%):

• Properly set up all components of a campaign, including the creation of a new advertiser, use of proper naming conventions, proper creative implementation and targeting requirements via LeafLink’s internal ad server
• Manage campaign changes for clients as needed
• Manage set-ups for sponsored email campaigns through Hubspot
• Test ads to ensure they are running and targeting appropriately within the site
• Document and maintain platform ads and email schedules
• Provide regular status updates and reports to the Ads Sales Team team regarding outstanding campaign deliverables, timelines and suggested next steps
• Collect, analyze and summarize product technical issues and pain points to recommend product enhancements

Analytics/Reporting (25%):

• Report on campaign performance for platform ads and sponsored email campaigns and analyze data for internal use and for clients
• Report on final platform ads campaign performance - Monthly
• Report on final email campaign performance - Weekly

Other (15%):

• Provide support to Ads Sales Team as needed
• Complete data entry and analysis functions as needed
• Provide technical QA support on ad serving as needed
• Assist with Salesforce account distribution for Ads Sales Team

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of Ad Operations or Ad Tech experience
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
• Proficiency in Hubspot (preferred)
• Proficiency with Salesforce (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a SQL database language (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to independently handle and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
