We are hiring a Digital Campaigns & Brand Director to lead QuadPay through its next growth phase. This is a newly created role that sits within the Marketing Team and reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

In this role, your goal will be to lead the delivery of B2C marketing campaigns and initiatives, positioning and promoting the usage of QuadPay as the preferred payment option at checkout (either with an integrated merchant or through our app). You will also lead QuadPay’s evolving brand strategy and governance across our products and all consumer touch points.

You will have deep experience with customer lifecycle management and funnel optimization, and a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies and experiments to drive impact. You will think creatively and analytically, providing leadership to a growing team, and work collaboratively across the organization, often with Product and ‘channel’ leads to get the desired outcome.

You will be joining QuadPay at a significant phase of our rapid growth. As a business we’ve just eclipsed a network of 4,000 retailers and 2 million Americans using our product.

A Day in the Life:

  • Strategy & Planning: Create and execute the annual QuadPay calendar of integrated campaigns and programs that build effective awareness, acquisition and engagement (frequency of QuadPay usage) of QuadPay customers across paid (e.g. social, SEM, radio), owned (e.g. email, push, native app) and earned channels (PR and events). Define the strategy, build the messages and outline the programs required to obtain the goals you determine need to be met to drive the business forward. Define QuadPay’s value proposition for consumers, including evidence-based proof points (new &/or existing) to substantiate. Implement reporting dashboards and ensure robust attribution models are built to effectively measure performance of each digital and offline channel. Understand synergies across channels and how best to acquire & engage customers. Compile learning and share best practices across teams to help achieve the most effectiveness. Partner with Performance Marketing / Channels team to develop comms and channels playbook, detailing governance, processes, best-practice, brand and compliance guidelines for B2C and B2B campaigns. Embed across the business. Drive the development [through Product Manager] of consumer and partner specific product enhancements and solutions. Continued experimentation of all marketing initiatives/campaigns to test and learn, then scale where applicable e.g. lead generation, consumer acquisition through partners, partner performance through conversion tactics. Develop a content strategy and plan to execute, aligned to consumer lifecycle stages. Instill in the team an ‘objectives and measurement-focused’ mindset, enabling us to build a full and true picture around the impact of each campaign.
  • Campaigns (Product, Partner & Consumer): Lead and execute campaign strategies and plans across all channels – paid, owned and earned. Develop key insights for campaign briefing and media optimization. Integrated campaign design, execution and optimization. Develop campaign briefs which meet campaign strategy, objectives, customer segmentation and targeting, campaign metrics, timing and budget. Manage audience segmentation, control groups and design of campaigns and implement test plans (A/B and multi-variant) to understand drivers of response and value. Work with the creative team to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and campaign deliverables. Partner with Product and Marketing channel leads to oversee the execution and programming of campaigns through all channels. Plan, design, implement and build multi-channel, complex customer journeys to support campaigns, including landing pages and digital display content. Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimization and real time targeting recommendations); Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity to support growth. Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management. Regularly update key stakeholders on campaign plans, program deliverables and schedules. Operate within our marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude, Iterable, Litmus etc).
  • Brand Management: Drive QuadPay brand consistency of look, tone and feel, plus compliance across all customer touch points and communications (internally and externally with Partners/suppliers). Lead the continued evolution of the QuadPay brand strategy, Style Kit, UI Kit and how the brand is brought to life across all customer touch points and communications. This includes the maintenance of documentation, asset libraries etc. 
  • Partner POS, Assets & Content: Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships Marketing Team to deliver: Partner POS: strategies & experiments to optimize performance (i.e. conversion) and increase penetration of QuadPay POS within partner stores. Manage the end to end process including: the brief, project management, messaging, production, vendor management, fulfillment, delivery and analysis. Partner Digital BPI (best practice integration) – strategies & experiments to optimize performance (i.e. conversion) and increase penetration of QuadPay BPI across partner e-commerce sites. Includes partner landing pages, optimized for consumer acquisition. Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate partners and their consumers. Drive conception, design and develop content, messaging, tools and resources required to support partners as required, including merchandise. Maintain a current library of partner resources.
  • Team Management: Build high performance team, consisting of 4 direct reports to start - 3 designers and 1 copywriter. Day to day management of team, including performance and development planning and ongoing reviews.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 10+ years management experience delivering B2B and B2C campaigns in retail/e-commerce or double-sided marketplaces.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize, be detail-oriented and meet deadlines.
  • A digital native who deeply understands the ‘test and learn’ framework and how to leverage the new world of media to drive smart and cost-effective conversion.
  • A lover of consumer product, who understands how to engage and retain, utilizing data insights to make the right decisions.
  • Understands the power of data and knows how to interpret and respond effectively to its insights.
  • A track record of ideation and execution of marketing initiatives that make significant, positive impacts to the business. You will be very, very comfortable with everything digital and have extensive experience in digital marketing platforms and social media.
  • Brand management. Guidelines and governance.
  • A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership to influence, negotiate, gain support, resolve conflict and gain alignment across stakeholders.
  • Prior experience caring for, leading, and developing a team.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact and lead others in a variety of settings.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, navigate through ambiguity and balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading product managers and coordinating with engineering, marketing, executive and other teams. 
  • Experience leading major product initiatives and building digital consumer products. 
  • Resourceful and creative - able to brainstorm & conceptualize.
  • A strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
