ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to help us take our digital outbound and inbound marketing to the next level. You will have a strong grasp of digital marketing campaigns, a real passion for growth and deep analytical skills.

This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer who’s enthusiastic about scaling the digital marketing function on a high-performing marketing team while advancing their career. You’ll work with a talented, collaborative team of marketers who are passionate about making an impact on the company and our industry, and are best-in-class in how we market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conceptualize, develop and execute revenue-generating digital marketing campaigns across various channels that align to business goals, objectives and target KPI’s
  • Manage the day-to-day optimization of digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising, SEO, web, and social media, etc.
  • Handle the company website and increase on-site conversion rates by implementing strategies such as A/B testing and personalization, conceptualize and draft new CTAs, and bring new ideas to the team
  • Track, analyze and report on campaign performance weekly — deliver monthly and quarterly campaign performance briefs to marketing leadership
  • Track and manage budgets and expenses accurately for digital marketing projects
  • Analyze media spend and creative performance through clearly defined success metrics, and implement learnings for campaign optimizations

  • Stay educated on new technologies and keep the company forefront of developments in digital marketing

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (search, content marketing, social media, retargeting, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis and reporting
  • A passion for experimentation and relentless in the pursuit of growth
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics Solutions
  • Knowledge of SEM and SEO best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Curious and creative
  • Collaborative and enjoys working in an energizing environment
