Role
We are looking for a successful marketing associate to join our acquisition team. Leveraging knowledge of customer acquisition, brand marketing, and data analysis throughout the design and management of best-in-class marketing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, design, product and customer experience orgs, and must feel comfortable driving initiatives through all of them.
What You’ll Do
- Execute day-to-day advertising operations e.g. campaign planning, deployment & ad optimization, and analysis of digital customer acquisition campaigns
- Test, monitor and analyze campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future experiments
- Actively manage and drive creative development pipeline with support from designers, copywriters, and front-end developers
- Use your smarts! We need you to innovate, bring your best ideas to the table, and test new channels
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree ideally with analytical or business emphasis
- 1-3 years of marketing-specific experience, focused on acquisition marketing
- A strong left brain with creative tendencies
- Hands-on experience in paid digital marketing platforms (social, search, and/or programmatic display)
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally to develop and deliver marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated history of juggling many projects at once while delivering outcomes
- Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
- Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a firm grasp on proper grammar and spelling
