WeWork is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate who will be responsible for tactical support surrounding our building web properties. This includes acting as the point of contact for several cross-functional departments and teams, focusing on planning, tracking, coordinating, and driving all project management for our digital location presence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of organizational skills, is highly detail oriented, and thrives on building relationships with others to problem solve and ensure forward momentum. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining multiple, simultaneous projects, and ensuring adherence to process guidelines and best practices. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be a key team player on the Global Marketing team and play a central role in operationalizing & executing our international marketing initiatives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of digital marketing execution, from hands-on operational work to project management, holding teams accountable for hitting goals and KPIs

  • Support digital marketing plans in collaboration with central & regional teams, including Technology, Marketing, and Growth Operations teams

  • Own end-to-end execution of publishing new locations on wework.com, including working with the local leadership teams, as well as Brand, Digital, Sales, Sales Ops, and NMD (inside sales)

  • Update all involved stakeholders on key project milestones to ensure consistent progress to plan 

  • Understand and communicate changes to requirements or blockers to progress

  • Manage and optimize internal tools & tracking systems to provide visibility into overall pre-sales processes

  • Manage relationship & project plans with external vendors, including Yext (social) and Conductor (SEO)

  • Actively work on improving information sharing and training documentation

  • Communicate regular updates to the central and regional teams about global marketing objectives and progress

  • Assist with operational support, including submitting requisitions, managing vendor payments, onboarding new team members to email distribution lists and new systems

QUALIFICATIONS

  • This position will be based in our New York City headquarters

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • At least 2-4 years of marketing experience at a startup or high-growth company

  • Project management and/or entry-level marketing experience preferred

  • Self-starter with ability to execute independently

  • Continuously seeking out opportunities to learn and improve

  • Highly creative and able to formulate a unique vision for our communities and members

  • Flexible and can adapt accordingly to newly formed organizations

  • Results-driven with ability to quickly solve complex problems

  • Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Passion for excellence, results, and team collaboration

  • Ability to think outside the box and explore new ways of executing projects.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to assist different markets within a territory

Our headquarters in NYC sits in Chelsea, but our growing tech team works from our SoHo, Chelsea, and Greenwich Village offices.
