Amplify is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team as we grow demand for our programs and process improvement. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the areas of marketing technology and digital project management. The Digital Marketing Coordinator should be especially organized and approaches their work with special attention to detail. The person in this role is interested in assessing priorities and communicating them effectively to key partners, proactively offering ideas to improve digital marketing tactics and processes.
The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, collaborative, skilled in marketing production, and be curious about learning the ins and outs of digital marketing and data analysis.
Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the asset creation workflow of emails, landing pages, and digital ads in partnership with product marketers, project managers, and designers. Including driving assets for approval, incorporating feedback, and sharing finalized assets with teams and external vendors.
  • Coordinate content for multiple campaigns adhering to timelines in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
  • Provide QA support for marketing results.
  • Provide tech support for product marketing teams (automation, website CMS, and webinar tools).
  • Manage projects/campaigns efficiently using the project management system.
  • Drive continuous improvements to campaign strategy and planning by monitoring and reporting on performance
  • Partner with relevant team members to create, update, and maintain documentation, training guides, and request forms.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with the development of presentations and special projects for group meetings.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications and Media, English, Advertising, Business, an other related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of work experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive), including demonstrable experience working with data in Google Sheets.
  • Proficient with learning new technologies


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation/email tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Active Campaign, Constant Contact, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience with CMS tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Trello, or Monday.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
  • Keen interest or experience in publishing or the education field.
