Digital Marketing Manager, Website

Movable Ink is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, Website to develop and implement a web-based marketing strategy that will educate the market, promote our brand, attract visitors and convert leads. This data-driven position is responsible for maintaining the Movable Ink site, optimizing user journeys and using web analytics to improve usability, while providing a feedback loop for our go-to-market teams. This role will work closely with multiple departments to ensure we are continually optimizing the performance of our website, and ensuring it works cohesively with our other marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Movable Ink website, including but not limited to: developing and executing the strategy and vision; managing the website content and operations; optimizing site performance and functionality
- Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan
- Implement UX/UI updates to enhance web experiences and increase conversions
- Optimize the on-site journey to create an inbound engine for existing and new market segments
- Monitor the performance of published content and leverage insights to identify opportunities for updates, SEO optimization and new formats and/or approaches
- Manage website tools and extensions, and partner with technical stakeholders to ensure everything is working properly on a regular basis
- Manage external partners/agencies as needed to support new initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience managing websites and web content, as well as managing internal and external partners
- Proficient with Contentful CMS, intermediate to advanced HTML and CSS knowledge
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skill
- Expertise using Google Analytics and ABM measurement tools (we use Demandbase)
- Experience using CRO technology (VWO, Unbounce, Optimizely, Google Optimize)
- Experience in cloud-based CRM solutions a plus (Salesforce, Marketo)
