What you’ll do:

You’ll be an integral part of the Inbound Marketing Team seated in our New York Office, supporting digital marketing initiatives across the funnel and across Stack Overflow’s product suite. This role is a good balance of strategy and implementation. You’ll work with our existing Digital Marketing Manager to create, optimize, and run digital marketing campaigns across the company.

Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the Content Marketing Team to come up with creative and comprehensive ways in which we can continue to increase visits, leads, and MQLs. You’ll work with the Product Marketing Teams to both support their current full funnel goals as well as come up with proactive, creative and strategic ways in which you can help them achieve those goals.

Specifically, you’ll focus on...

  • Creating and executing digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, SEM/PPC campaigns, content marketing, display advertising, and more.
  • Building, maintaining, and growing our social media presence across audiences.
  • Producing and optimizing all website elements, including landing pages, website copy, CTAs, forms, videos, and more.
  • Improving campaigns on an ongoing basis, including conversion optimization, A/B testing, running experiments, etc.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals.
  • Identifying trends and insights and brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.

What you’ll need to have:

  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably for a B2B company
  • A good grasp on the technical aspects of digital marketing
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • A team-player mindset with the ability to coach others
  • Proficiency in analytics, marketing data, lead nurturing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience using various CMSs and CRMs, marketing automation tools, and Google Analytics/Tag Manager
  • Hubspot and Iterable experience a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS
