About the Role:

As BitMEX’s Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll nurture new and existing leads while engaging current customers using marketing initiatives that drive revenue. You have an advanced proficiency in email marketing and automation with expertise in building campaigns that drive action. You will possess excellent communication skills, strong design and optimization sensibilities and an entrepreneurial spirit.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Act as our marketing automation expert leveraging campaigns to drive action, create interest, nurture leads and increase product usage and adoption
• Perform all aspects of digital marketing including strategy, design, writing, segmentation and technical development
• Constantly monitor, review, and report campaign results. Make recommendations to improve effectiveness and drive ROI
• Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered on brand.
• Manage tagging to marketing campaigns and websites
• Drive website traffic to acquire leads, customers and users
• You will drive the digital implementation of our campaigns (e.g. tagging / tracking into the website) then work with our analytics team to implement.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and marketing automation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, marketing, or business,
• Data driven in approach and execution
• Familiarity with SEO tools and optimization techniques
• Experience in CRMs is preferred
