Honest Buildings is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working with the Director of Marketing, you’ll own the demand generation function, including the strategy, planning, execution and analysis of campaigns. You’ll work closely with sales and business development teams to connect with key decision makers at target accounts, ultimately generating new business and expansion opportunities and revenue. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, goal oriented, collaborative, and enjoy both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience running Account Based Marketing campaigns that target both relatively large number of accounts (several hundred at once) and a small number of accounts (3-5 accounts at once)
• Experience with account and audience segmentation in marketing campaigns
• Experience using marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred)
• Experience writing and running email nurture campaigns
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns (Adwords, Display, Retargeting, LinkedIn)
• Experience with copy writing for both ads and landing pages that both drives performance and communicates core brand messages
• Landing page design, creation and optimization, including A/B testing
• Understand ad design and working with freelancers
• Experience working and collaborating with Sales and Business Development Teams
• Knowledge of prospecting and writing cadences for BDR team
• Experience reporting and analyzing both short-term and long-term performance of campaigns, and adjusting go-forward strategies based on their findings

• Experience with Business Intelligence tool (Domo, Tableau)
• Experience with Sendoso or other direct mail software (PFL)
• Experience with Terminus or Account Based Advertising Platforms (Rollworks, Demandbase, etc.)
• Experience with Marketing Attribution Software (Brightfunnel, Bizible)
