 We regularly work with the top brands across all verticals -- from Nike to Louis Vuitton, Warner Bros to Disney, BMW to Lexus -- at the highest profile events across the globe -- SXSW, Coachella, ComicCon, and more. 

 Our team is seeking a marketing manager to lead our multi-channel marketing efforts and to help play a key role as liaison between the marketing team, sales team, and executives. 

Day to Day Responsibilities 

As the Sr. Marketing manager, you will develop the marketing strategy and  lead a team of four. You will become the conductor to our orchestra and bring together all of the components of sales, marketing, creative and product. Email marketing should be your forté but you can also put together a mean paid and SEO strategy. You're also a project management wiz, who will manage deliverables and KPI's like a champ. 

  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts and manage team of part time and full time marketers 
  • Own the email marketing strategy and manage campaigns through Pardot
  • Develop marketing strategies to drive lead generation and employ tactical rollout plans to assist team in their day to day roles
  • Own weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing reporting, including tracking ROI and return on ad spend at a tactical level. This includes running reports and analyzing data from paid and organic platforms like Facebook, Google, Bing and more.
  • Work with external vendors who assist in various parts of our marketing organization

 In addition to being an expert with email marketing, you are also well versed in one of the following key roles:

  • Performance (paid) marketing (SEM or Paid Social)
  • SEO optimization
  • Content marketing
  • Activation and driving leads to purchase
  • Pardot or other CRM skills are a huge plus

 Who you are

You should be comfortable leading the charge and taking ownership of lead generation, activation, and ultimately play a key role in growing the company. You understand that perfection should not come at the expense of progress, and ideally you have a growth mindset that enables you to ideate and experiment at a rapid pace across both paid and organic channels.

In addition, the ideal candidates have a mix of the following:

  • 5-7 years in running marketing campaigns
  • Experience with team leadership and oversight to keep everything moving in the same direction
  • BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other relevant field
  • Deep knowledge of 3rd party platforms leveraged by high growth marketing teams, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Salesforce/Pardot, etc. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
