About the role:
CaaStle is adding a new Digital Marketing Manager to our growing Client Partnerships and Growth team! This person is responsible for digital marketing efforts for acquisition and member engagement for our retail clients. This is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, passionate, and data-driven marketer.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop strategy and process optimization for all user acquisition and engagement with senior staff
  • Develop email segmentation strategies to increase engagement and drive subscription conversion and key member performance metrics
  • Continuously optimize email strategies to increase performance including A/B and multivariate testing of subject lines, message content, images, offers, landing pages, mailing frequency, segments, and more
  • Partner with creative, operations and product teams to create compelling and effective omni-channel campaigns
  • Collaborate with analytics and product teams to optimize email and on-site performance for marketing KPIs
  • Keep up with email industry trends (including technological enhancements, ISP developments, and email legislation) and implement solutions to enhance email program
  • Manage a small team of Associate Marketing Managers

We’d love for you to have:

  • Experience: Three plus+ years of hands-on B2C email marketing experience required, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Education:  BA/BS degree required
  • Successful track-record developing digital marketing plans, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets
  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholder groups or external clients
  • Understanding of CRM and how to measure and manage programs
  • Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multi-variate tests.  Comfortable in a rapid test & learn environment.
  • Ability to form cross-functional relationships with the entire organization, particularly product development.  This requires a collaborative spirit, compatible with company culture
  • Highly motivated and high level of initiative
  • Inspire confidence to work independently and in support of team goals and business objectives
  • Exceptional Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • Interest in style a plus
