We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts of our in-house DTC brands. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies including paid search, email marketing, social media and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DTC marketing, be very data-driven and very creative with testing and optimizing at all levels of the marketing funnel. This is a highly entrepreneurial position where you will have the opportunity to join the company at the early stages, roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

TRACK RECORD (SELECTED LOGOS)

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Own and execute full funnel marketing strategies for Innovation Department brands, building brand awareness and community, driving growth, and maximizing ROI
  • Spearhead partnerships and collaborations to fuel growth with partners who align with our brand values and customer attributes -- build communities of influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors and execute on strategic marketing campaigns with these stakeholders
  • Increase the impact of marketing efforts by consistently identifying how to unify, amplify, and creatively integrate messages, moments, and programs across multiple touch points of the customer journey
  • Evaluate performance across all channels (email, social, paid, organic, etc), report to key stakeholders and make optimization recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally with key teams, including design, operations and engineering, to automate, test, and improve marketing tactics and campaign development 
  • Maintain an innovative and data-driven mindset through continual experimentation; ideating non-traditional acquisition strategies and regularly synthesize learnings into actionable strategies

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3+ years of experience in DTC marketing throughout the marketing funnel
  • A love of data - the ability to strategically analyze a marketing funnel to identify opportunities and insights
  • Strong knowledge of ad/web/email reporting and analytics platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, analysts, and product managers; ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations
  • Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset; someone who is hungry, determined and able to drive real results
  • Experience at an early stage tech company or DTC brand is preferred
