Aquant is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own performance of paid and organic digital channels. This is an opportunity for a data-loving, results-obsessed marketer to make a major impact on Aquant’s growth. 

*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this position will be remote until it is safe for Aquant to reopen our office, at which point the employee will be expected to commute into the office regularly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the execution, measurement, and budget of paid marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEM, ABM ads, retargeting, and content syndication.
  • Own strategy to segment multichannel campaigns into discrete marketing tracks based on funnel stage and persona.
  • Own website performance, optimizing for both conversions and SEO. 
  • Serve as the marketing team’s channel performance expert - sharing reports and insights and making recommendations across all marketing programs. 
  • Measure and optimize email marketing and outbound SDR campaign performance. 
  • Recommend new digital vendors, channels, and agencies for performance optimization.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Unabashed data nerdiness. You love digging into reporting to find opportunities, and thinking about how your findings impact the big picture. 
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, with experience in owning paid acquisition channels
  • Deep experience in paid platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, RollWorks, Facebook, etc. 
  • Strong knowledge of marketing attribution and experiencing building reporting dashboards. Knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce Einstein Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in multiple segments -  e.g. enterprise B2B, SMB, and B2C is a plus. 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
