The Digital Marketing Specialist will be the primary contact between internal departments relating to the marketing of Amplicare’s digital campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with cross-functional team members (Branding, Content Strategist, Market Research) as well as with outside vendors to gather, maintain, and deliver pertinent marketing campaign information. S/he will also be responsible for creating and maintaining marketing plans to ensure traffic goals are met for promotional campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Director in the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing plans to ensure traffic goals are met for promotional digital campaigns
  • Coordinate with Team to formulate agreed upon marketing plans, according to cost, budget, and campaign delivery and messaging
  • Manage promotional emails for all digital campaigns including coordination of schedules, quality assurance checks for lists and creative, and troubleshooting issues
  • Track the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting marketing tactics both in-house and with third party vendors as necessary to meet objectives and deliverables
  • Optimize list targeting and segmentation to improve response rates and overall yield
  • Interface directly with sales and internal teams on specific campaign performance
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of advertising products, inventory, and pricing by collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to understand how to best reach the intended target audience
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional capacity, building strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product when needed
  • Work with the Marketing team on additional marketing projects
  • Ensure best practices are followed as they relate to digital marketing


Credentials:

  • At least three years digital marketing experience in a corporate, agency or consultant / freelance environment
  • Strong creative and good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Superior attention to detail and organization
  • Advanced Microsoft Office / Google Suite skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRMs and integration with marketing automation tools
  • Intermediate knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

Salary:
$55K - $65K

This is an in-office role in New York City, position is not remote.

At least 3 years experience in with Digital Marketing

College Degree with a major in Marketing, Communications or related field
