About the Role
Kustomer is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is forward-thinking, analytical and detail-oriented. In this position, you will help develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all internal digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team, and supporting teams (such as developers, consultants and agencies) to drive qualified leads and hit pipeline goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Wordpress website content (pages, posts, media) and work alongside front-end developers to complete page design and CRO projects.
- Organize deployments where development work and web content goes from staging to production environments.
- Monitor, update and report on all paid digital campaigns (search, social, retargeting, display, forums).
- Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to identify actionable, data-driven insights and optimize spend, creative and content accordingly.
- Maintain content tracking parameters and tagging for all necessary digital activities to ensure accurate full-funnel tracking and measurement from Google Analytics to SFDC.
- Compile reporting for internal stakeholders by aligning data across multiple sources (Google Data Studio, SFDC, Bizible, etc.) to track KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, site rankings and competitor analysis to support updates to current content and recommendations for new content creation.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, developers and internal teams to establish cross-platform, technology integrations as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related Business field
- 2+ years’ marketing or advertising experience
- Highly organized and thorough
- Passion to learn, discover and stay at the forefront of technology and new platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Familiarity with planning, implementing and analyzing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- WordPress experience required, HTML/CSS experience preferred
- Excel (pivot table) experience required
- Google Analytics experience required, GTM / Google Data Studio experience preferred
- CRM and marketing automation systems experience preferred
- SEO platform experience preferred (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs)
