The job
The Digital Marketing Associate will assist in managing paid advertising campaigns. The right candidate will join a team of passionate, collaborative, and data-driven acquisition marketers.The goal of this position is to assist the Digital Media Manager on all day to day operations on our paid advertising programs, including but not limited to copywriting, daily reporting, optimization of bids and budget, ad and audience creation and optimization recommendations. The position would also require assistance on reporting, bid changes and trafficking on PPC activity. This role has potential to grow to include other paid programs too.
What you’ll do
- Assist in setting up campaigns: rotate creative, manage bidding, total spend and audiences
- Generate and maintain weekly reporting
- Work with CRM/Marketing Automation technology to ensure correct attribution
- Generate customer lists using Salesforce and SQL
- Conduct landing page optimization and A/B testing using CMS and Optimization platforms
- Ideate, write and edit ad copy
- Consolidate metrics from multiple data sources to generate insights on campaign, audience and ad performance to inform audience and ad strategy
- Report on campaign, ad and targeting performance and surface insights cross-functionally
- Optimize activity to ensure we continually improve the efficiency of our advertising campaigns including launching A/B tests and analyzing results
Who you are
- BA/BS in Marketing or related area
- Min. 1-2 years of hands on multi-channel marketing experience
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills (min. 1-2 years experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets and Google Analytics)
- 1+ year of Adwords experience preferred
- You have strong writing, communication and project management skills and possess the ability to deliver high quality work while juggling shifting priorities
- You hold yourself to a high standard of grit and integrity
- Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multi-variate tests.
- Comfortable in a rapid test and learn environment
- Experience in Pardot/Salesforce, SQL, HTML/CSS/javascript, Tableau, and Adobe creative suite preferred
