ABOUT THE NEW VTS MARKETPLACE (truva.com)
Over 60% of the US class A office space is already managed using the VTS leasing platform, and it is by far the #1 choice of commercial landlords and agents in the US. The VTS marketplace will integrate with the VTS leasing platform and will be the commercial real estate industry’s first marketplace where tenants can search and lease space with VTS’s Landlord and broker clients online.
Truva will attract and engage tenants and tenant rep brokers in every market to uncover space that will work for them or their clients. Unlike existing listing sites, the VTS marketplace will enable both landlords and brokers to dramatically improve the marketing and leasing of spaces by automating both the listing and leasing process, and will provide tenants with the most accurate and thorough listings in US’ top markets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Acquisition Marketing for VTS - Truva will set the acquisition strategy, plan and execution for bringing and converting new tenants and tenant rep brokers quickly, efficiently, and scalably to Truva. You will oversee a portfolio of channels online and offline, drive testing and optimization with the goal of delivering multi-channel, personalized strategies to both sides of the marketplace. As a seasoned leader, you will be a thought partner to senior members across our marketing team, helping us build, launch and rapidly scale the new marketplace.
What You'll Do
- Lead vision, strategy, and results for acquiring new tenants and tenant brokers encompassing all online and offline marketing channels
- Research to understand the needs and marketing solutions for users of Truva on both demand and supply
- Define, and drive our acquisition and paid media KPIs, analytical systems, and business processes as we scale that results in groundbreaking marketing innovation
- Build, mentor, and manage a team, including experienced channel leads who directly report to you
- Develop and drive adoption of smart experimentation frameworks that result in significant learnings, efficiency and revenue growth
- Partner cross-functionally with other departments including product, development and operations to launch the marketplace
- Plan and execute creative and impactful launch events for both landlords and brokers, announcing the arrival of Truva
- Partner with our Lifecycle and Data & Analytics teams to ensure our customer cohorts remain high quality after acquisition
- Develop, implement, test and grow multi-channel marketing strategies to generate demand and grow our customer base
- Create high-performing, repeatable programs across a variety of channels; possibly including: content marketing, SEO/SEM, retargeting, paid social, mobile, PR, events, OOH, direct mail, etc.
- Develop a quarterly plan to forecast user growth, establish a spending strategy including cost per lead & lead quality metrics, and allocate budget to meet growth goals
- Improve and optimize campaign results through landing pages, content headlines, ad copy & images, emails and other pieces of our acquisition funnel
- Help develop our inbound lead acquisition and outbound marketing strategy using an integrated marketing approach
- Collaborate internally to implement, audit, and optimize our content and website to improve performance metrics and results
- Manage our acquisition program from strategy to execution and track campaign ROI and performance for all channels and strategies against metrics
About You
- You are a strategic thinker and have the ability to understand the story of the consumer (tenant and tenant broker) and what will be compelling to the demand side (landlord)
- You can translate quantitative & qualitative data/insights into a strong marketing strategy and communicate the insights to others in the organization
- You are experienced with channel testing methodology and
- Optimization Ideally you have launched a product or brand extension and know what it takes to build excitement around a new launch
- You have had a demonstrated impact on revenue and the growth trajectory from innovative ideas and collaboration with your team
- You are both analytical and creative, able to evaluate the efficacy of a campaign based on business results, but creative and innovative in your thinking
- You are resourceful and curious and you love to solve problems in order to drive continuous improvement.
- You are exhilarated by building new things and the possibilities that come with being first in a space
- You understand the consumer mindset and are dedicated to great consumer experiences
- You take ownership, collaborate well cross-functionally and have a high level of accountability in both independent and team initiatives
- You have strong project management skills including ideation, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines, and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
- You have experience defining success metrics and delivering on critical KPI targets with a drive for results
- You are a self-starter with the ability to set and meet deadlines, prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects at once
- You have ecommerce, marketplace, consumer marketing experienced
- You have at least 6-8 years of experience in acquisition marketing, direct response advertising, marketing attribution and/or paid performance media, branding, content and events at a high-growth consumer brand
