Director of Demand Generation / Growth Marketing Lead

Background

The right person for this role will have a deep understanding of end-to-end demand generation strategies and a proven track record in building, executing, and delivering high impact, ROI-driven lead generation programs that directly support sales goals. He or she will be highly analytical and operations-minded, with a deep understanding of B2B software marketing and sales organizations. Additionally, they will be well-versed in database management (CRM and Marketing Automation), relational databases, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and orchestrate B2B lead gen campaigns, ranging from: email marketing, nurture workflows, PPC advertising, content promotion, event promotion, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Initiating and managing relationships with advertising partners, bloggers, partner companies and anyone else that can help get the word out.
  • Management, optimization and assessment of demand generation campaigns through a variety of channels.
  • Promotion of our awesome in-house content to relevant audiences around the world.
  • Working with product marketers, graphic designers, web developers and other members of the marketing team to create compelling ad copy.
  • Taking a deep-dive into campaign metrics to truly assess their impact

 Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5+ years working in high-tech B2B marketing, enterprise experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends.
  • A self-starter that thrives in a non-structured environment.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup atmosphere

Bonus Points: 

  • You have experience with or a passion for the SaaS space.
  • You’ve worked at a startup before.
  • You have experience with Pardot or similar automation tool.
  • You’re a self-admitted technology nerd.
  • Google Analytics and AdWords certifications.
