Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and communicate demand generation strategy and plans with key stakeholders.
  • Supervise and direct demand generation team to successfully implement and continuously improve programs & nurture strategy to support pipeline and revenue goals globally and across regions.
  • Drive measurement of key metrics and analytics across marketing campaigns to closely monitor conversion rates, measure success, and continuously optimize our marketing ROI.
  • Team up with Brand, Content, & Product Marketing teams to optimize website performance for conversions and to create the content to match our ICP and Buyer personas
  • Manage demand generation budget and leverage resources including external contractors and partners.
  • Set the partner marketing strategy & oversee execution across the globe.
  • Partner with our sales team to ensure quality delivery and follow-up of qualified leads and to continuously improve and optimize our processes..
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the company’s objectives, strategies and milestones are met

Requirements

You are our ideal candidate if you:

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong understanding of and experience with demand generation best practices for acquiring, engaging and nurturing leads including use of account-based marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of how to track and improve performance and ROI of demand generation efforts
  • Have strong communication, problem-solving, and writing skills.
  • Excel at managing multiple projects whilst staying on track to hit deadlines.
  • Have an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of workplace and HR topics is a bonus.
