Director of Digital Marketing

About the role:
We are looking for a data-driven Director of Digital Marketing with strong leadership skills. You will design and execute a digital strategy to help deliver acquisition targets and create an award-winning digital experience. Reporting to our Global Chief Marketing Officer, you will help establish world-class digital practices and accelerate our growth across an expanding set of geographies and products. Strong operational track record, collaboration skills and passion for pushing boundaries make you a great fit.
What you’ll do as a Director of Digital Marketing at Contentsquare:
- Set the digital strategy and lead a cross-functional team of marketers to deliver qualified leads, engagement, and increasing conversion rates in partnership with our local demand generation teams
- Manage a team of 3+ and growing with strong in person and virtual management skills
- Continually monitor and assess campaign and program performance, determine what works and what doesn’t and help coach and enable the broader team
- Manage digital media budget and vendors, improving efficiency and capabilities
- Drive SEO strategy to increase inbound leads and opportunities
- Monitor our site performance using our own product and other digital analytics to inform our roadmap and improve conversions
Work with our agency to implement and test the latest mix of paid digital advertising and optimize results: including:
Own Website metrics and our digital experience globally (multiple local language sites)
Define and implement tracking and reporting systems to gather and report on customer acquisition and engagement data
To succeed in this role, you have:
- 8+ years of relevant digital marketing experience in a SaaS environment including at least 3 years in B2B tech
- A track record of building and scaling digital marketing campaigns to improve acquisition and user engagement
- Direct responsibility in digital media planning, budget allocation and management
- Built, managed, and motivated a team in a dynamic environment
- Desire to own your space and proactively drive new ideas and success with the support and freedom to think BIG and grow FAST
- A Bachelor’s degree, digital marketing certifications/continuing education a plus
