We’re changing the game in men’s apparel.  Rather than allowing people to settle for the industry’s standard sizing, we’ve built a new approach from the ground up.  With 99 unique sizes and the ability to make and deliver garments in only 7 days, we’ve made it faster an easier than ever for people to get clothes they look and feel great in.  We’re currently sold through the best stores across the country (Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Mitchell’s, etc…) and have a thriving e-commerce business.  We’re looking for highly motivated, unique thinkers to join us on the journey of setting the new standard in the industry. 

 

The Role

Our Director of CRM and Analytics will be on the front line with our most valuable resource – our customers.  In this role you will leverage qualitative and quantitative data to lead the strategy development and execution of initiatives focused on nurturing our customers and maximizing their retention.  You’ll have a high level of autonomy and also have the opportunity to build your own organization within the company.  This role reports directly to the CEO.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee identification and implementation of a robust CDP and any other key analytics platforms, then import and analyze historical customer data
  • Lead the refinement of our customer personas and segments through both quantitative and qualitative inputs
  • Create customer journey maps and associated KPIs for key customer segments and execute tactics to test and improve critical touchpoints
  • Leverage customer data to implement and optimize targeted email drips on an ongoing basis
  • Partner closely with our customer delight team to identify ways to add value to our customer by facilitating proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Manage all other email campaigns
  • Oversee hiring of and manage new team members, including any full-time, part-time or agency hires
  • Partner with our developers to implement the functionality to collect the customer data critical to identifying and refining our customer personas
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reporting
  • Map out and manage A/B tests to drive conversion rate and other key KPIs
  • Ongoing conversion rate optimization

 

Qualifications & Qualities

  • 4+ years experience managing CRM programs and CRO initiatives, ideally for a fashion brand
  • Self-motivated, with the proven ability to meet/exceed revenue goals through effective digital marketing management
  • Highly analytical with an attention to detail, while also having a customer-centric focus
  • The ability to develop strategies while also executing tactics, whether individually or through guiding a team
  • Track record of strong collaboration across teams and willingness to teach others
  • Extensive experience with site analytics, A/B testing and CDP platforms
  • Experience with AdWords, display platforms, WebMaster Tools and Facebook Business Manager
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
