Latch is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to support the scaling of the Marketing engine at Latch. This strategic role will be the linchpin between Marketing and Sales, with a mandate to grow Field Marketing pipeline and overall brand awareness through physical and related digital channels. This individual will lead Latch’s Field pipeline efforts via events, direct mail, external SDR/BD programs, and integrated campaigns. They will report to the VP of Marketing and have strong cross-functional relationships with every level of sales management and the Office of Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage programs that result in hitting or exceeding quota for Field Marketing pipeline
  • Be a key key leader who cultivates a world-class team, including participating in hiring and development
  • Build strong internal relationships with all GTM teams and key partners throughout the organization
  • Report clear, consistent metrics on full-funnel activities, campaigns, and opportunities
  • Manage every aspect of Field Marketing programs (events and beyond) to create unique brand experiences and drive qualified pipeline
  • Manage the Field Marketing funnel, driving accountability across all supporting Marketing channels and relevant Sales teams
  • Work directly with the SDR team on integrated campaigns
  • Report to the VP of Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7+ years Field Marketing experience, including 3+ in a management roles
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
  • Strategic mindset, adaptable, energetic, self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
  • Enterprise SaaS experience
  • Willing and able to travel for events
  • Highly competent in Salesforce reporting and tracking

Preferred:

  • Experience with the real estate industry
  • Experience with outbound sales prospecting tools, such as Outreach or Salesloft
  • Highly collaborative and capable of working as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commands respect via intelligence, knowledge, humility
  • Proven Leadership Experience -- a leader, a builder, a visionary
  • Innovative. The ideal candidate is never satisfied with the status quo... always looking for the next best way to do it
