Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, the Director of Growth & Acquisition Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing strategy to drive rapid growth. Our ideal candidate is motivated by hitting and exceeding aggressive KPI’s, has demonstrated success owning omni channel campaigns in B2C organizations and has implemented robust measurement and analysis programs. If you are a player-coach who is relentlessly passionate about engaging and growing customers, seamlessly flexes between planning and executing innovative campaigns across a myriad of channels and is laser-focused on data and results, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Own paid customer acquisition and go-to-market strategy for all products including Stash as a platform (the Brand), investment accounts, and our banking services. 
  • Contribute to the development of an innovative, comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve Stash’s growth goals. 
  • Directly manage or oversee all paid marketing channels including TV, Radio, Podcast, OOH, Events, Programmatic, SEM, Performance, and Affiliate. 
  • Conduct and leverage market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages
  • Combine data, technology and behavioral insights to drive, optimize, and innovate across all marketing channels and programs
  • Ensure creative validation through testing and track and report on all performance KPI’s across all acquisition channel
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team on acquisition creative strategy and production

What We're Looking For:

  • 8-10 years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology and/or software organizations
  • Strong leadership experience in a high-growth B2C organization with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition
  • Ability to prioritize, self-start, and swiftly adapt to changing market conditions and think creatively in a deadline-oriented startup environment
  • Demonstrated success defining and executing data-driven growth strategies
  • Deep experience creating and presenting dynamic marketing strategies and business data
