Position Summary

Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, the Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined digital strategy to drive growth across both acquisition and retention. Specifically, this role will focus on profitable acquisition of new customers across a multitude of paid channels (eg SEM, Display, Affiliates, Social, YouTube, Email) and increased purchase frequency & AOV from existing customers. This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution to drive growth across the funnel. You will develop and execute against a robust test & learn roadmap which will fuel growth and guide your decision making. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Creative, Data Science & Analytics teams to identify and execute on opportunities. You will have deep knowledge & experience owning key performance metrics (ROAS, CVR, CPA & LTV) and optimizing across each channel.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop & execute a growth marketing strategy for new customer acquisition and engagement/retention of existing customers 
  • Own/manage multiple paid (SEM, Display, Affiliates, Social, Influencers) & owned (Email, Push, App, Site, Social) channels to drive growth across the funnel-> from awareness to loyalty
  • Develop, manage and market Moda’s loyalty program
  • Work with Moda’s Stylist & Brand teams to understand existing customer journey, pain points and identify customer experience improvements
  • Develop robust test & learn roadmap for each channel
  • Work with agency/media partners partners to optimize tactics across all paid channels in order to drive ROAS
  • Work with Analytics to develop best-in-class dashboards to for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs
  • Own planning/forecasting and monitor daily/weekly results for each channel (KPIs include Traffic, Revenue, CVR, CPAs, Spend & ROAS)


Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology or ecommerce environment
  • A strong data-driven performance marketer who can “own” revenue targets and other KPIs (eg CPAs, LTV, ROAS)
  • Experience working across the full marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement) 
  • Experience owning and managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals of across Revenue, Spend, CPA, ROAS, Retention and LTV
  • Experience scaling one or more paid media channel from a direct response/customer acquisition perspective (SEM, Display, Social, Affiliates, Email, Lead-gen, Referral, etc)
  • Ideal candidate is extremely analytical, great in a fast-paced environment and can hustle & execute 
  • Ability to prioritize, self-start, and swiftly adapt to changing market conditions and think creatively
