Role Overview
Grow Therapy is looking for a world-class growth expert who will lead the strategy and execution of various programs to drive user growth and expand the marketplace. This role will be responsible for driving consumer awareness and conversion through organic and paid channels. This person will be responsible for creating and executing an overall user acquisition strategy, and report directly to the CEO.
Success will be measured by clients and providers acquired per month, CAC, channel diversity, and organic % of traffic. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving access to and quality of mental healthcare in the US and who is looking to make a massive impact at an early (but well-funded), high-growth startup.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for user acquisition growth
- Lead the overall execution of campaigns through a combination of individual contributions, building the requisite team, and working with specialized contractors and agencies
- Plan, deploy, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns with multi-million dollar spend
- Oversee all non-paid user acquisition efforts including SEO, ASO, partner/referral, social, content, and PR
- Manage the end-to-end execution of paid digital campaigns including the creation of ad copy & creative and any other content related to user acquisition
- Optimize user funnel to improve conversion and retention
- Work hand-in-hand with the product team to ensure product features are driving growth efforts
- Continuously A/B test different channels and campaigns to improve performance
- Measure all growth marketing efforts, iterate, and turn results into actionable next steps
- Effectively report progress, learnings, and metrics to the executives and wider team
- Manage a budget and hire/manage any necessary contract or agency resources
Requirements
- You are an experienced (5+ years) growth marketer with a track record of growing consumer products and finding innovative new channels to acquire users
- You are comfortable with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, MixPanel, KISSMetrics or others
- You have experience with SEO, SEM, paid digital campaigns, funnel optimization
- You are a self-starter and don’t require a lot of hand-holding or direction. You get excited by the ability to develop and execute strategy and can pull people in as needed.
- You have experience managing large budgets ($1m+)
- You are analytical and data-driven and can effectively communicate metrics and analysis to senior leadership
- You are execution-oriented and err on the side of action
- You have excellent communication (oral and written), time management, and organizational skills
- You are a team player and collaborate well with different teams and personalities
