The Role:

This role will be essential in leading work across multiple online and offline channels to create a disciplined and effective content strategy, integrated promotion plan and performance scorecard that enables us to achieve aggressive marketing KPIs including, but not limited to, sales accepted leads.

You will create and execute strategic initiatives that will increase our market presence, increase our brand influence, build the marketing funnel, accelerate the progression of leads through deal stage 1 and contribute to client partner retention.

You will have direct and indirect responsibility for leading the entire marketing mix in support of our B2B marketing goals including, but not limited to, strategy, content planning, messaging, paid digital, paid social, organic search, organic social, events, email marketing, communications, channel marketing, CTV, etc.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Be the subject matter expert on key targeted personas and industries. Be the go-to person on market trends, personas, messaging, marketing channels and content required to achieve our marketing goals.
  • Drive persona development through on-going research and dialogue with sellers on their own insights.
  • Lead a quarterly content and multi-channel execution planning processes across all functions that touch B2B buyers to build and sustain growth momentum in site traffic, engagement and highly qualified leads.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills will galvanize marketing, sales and other functions to define and deliver effective x-channel content marketing strategies and editorial calendars that meet goals.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy, execution and metric workflows and governance processes that result in more efficient, productive and fulfilling teamwork.
  • Integrate all content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify and repurpose popular content across multiple channels
  • Ensure website pages and landing pages are effective and continuously improving
  • Analyze and present integrated marketing execution performance across all channels and collaborate on shared actions that will continuously improve results.
  • Determine, execute and lead agency, contractor and technology outsourcing strategies that will expand our expertise and capacity while also enabling a more variable and manageable cost structure.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • You are a B2B storyteller, integrated marketer at your core and data analyst wrapped up in one.
  • An excellent understanding of the entire marketing mix and how they work to create B2B demand.
  • You immerse yourself in how target audiences make decisions, seek out solutions and consume content—orchestrating digital, event, content, social, email, channel partner marketing and other strategies in collaboration with our extended team
  • You are a developer of teams and individuals regardless of reporting lines. You create a continuous learning environment for everyone that raises the bar on our performance and advances careers.
  • You know what it takes to engage prospects and clients where they're at whether online or offline
  • Knowledge of the latest content marketing and automation trends
  • Direct , hands on practical experience with marketing automation technologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications, project management and collaboration skills
  • Experience in targeting B2B decision makers, particularly HR and the C-Suite
