Job Description:
The Director, Marketing Analytics & Insights will report directly to the VP, Global Marketing Operations and will be accountable for developing marketing-related performance measurement, forecasting and overall data management. The person will serve as the data-driven consultant to marketing leadership, supporting the establishment of marketing strategy and global campaign alignment activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure impact-level marketing measurement and executive reporting on marketing’s contribution to the business
- Ensures that marketing measurement enables performance review of key functions and campaigns
- Provide dependable advice and consultation to the senior marketing leadership leveraging marketing performance data
- Collaborate with marketing and other business leaders to achieve alignment with the corporate strategy
- Establish baseline metrics and funnel conversion analytics to develop various forecasting models
Minimum Education
- BA or BS degree preferred
Minimum Experience
- 7 to 10 years of marketing analytics experience, ideally in a global B2B organization
- Experience collaborating with and influencing executive management
- Understanding of sales cycles and product lifecycles and their respective pressures on the marketing organization to drive demand and revenue
- Advanced measurement skills gathering and analyzing data from different sources, including Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), Web analytics (Adobe Analytics)
- Advanced report building capabilities in Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Full Circle Analytics is a plus
