We are looking for a senior leader to oversee brand and marketing at BentoBox from strategy to execution. Reporting to the CEO, this role will lead key marketing functions including brand, content, events and PR. This marketing leader will be able to work cross-departmentally to drive initiatives that grow and engage our potential and current restaurant customer base. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and an expert brand ambassador who’s passionate about BentoBox’s mission and the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Own the company’s brand identity, messaging, tone of voice and aesthetic in all communication channels
- Identify and execute on valuable partnerships, sponsorships and event opportunities that raise awareness for BentoBox
- Build and implement an effective content strategy (email, social, blog, webinar etc) by defining the content roadmap, developing content, defining distribution and measuring its effectiveness
- Manage creative and copy on a variety of initiatives supporting the sales, customer success, product and growth teams, including but not limited to promotions, ads, collateral, email communication and more
- Identify and manage public facing opportunities that position BentoBox as a thought leader in both hospitality and technology
- Shape and manage company website, as well as other ad-hoc landing pages, to optimize for growth and engagement
- Lead internal marketing/corporate culture efforts; work with the head of people operations on employer branding initiatives
- Define KPIs and measure success across team and department
- Thrive in a high-paced environment with the ability to multi-task, manage change, work independently, collaborate with a team, and deliver spectacular results
- Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and principles
Skills & Attributes
- 7+ years of experience managing high-profile, strategic communications programs, with experience in marketing, communications, and public relations B2B audiences
- Excellent writing skills in a variety of voices covering corporate, consumer, and tech
- Exceptional communication skills in all situations
- Track record of strong team leadership; people truly enjoy working for you and with you
- Experience with CRM, social media management, email marketing, and the best tools to manage them
- Experience working at a growing, fast-paced tech company; experience in the hospitality industry preferred
