Who you are :
You're an experienced B2B marketing leader with a passion for building robust marketing operations programs. You have experience leading, building, and managing the marketing tech stack, automation, and lead management. You're a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, digital-native environment.
As our Director, Marketing Operations, you'll report to our VP, Growth Marketing and lead the function globally for Dataminr. You'll lead a small team and work closely with senior leaders and internal stakeholders across the organization, as well as third party agencies and partners to lead and develop a best-in-class MarOps function.
Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the marketing tech stack, including evaluating, integrating and rolling-out new technology and tools as well as optimizing current solutions
  • Develop, manage and maintain the marketing automation roadmap, integrations and workflows and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide leadership over the marketing contact database, including email deployment and contact strategies and personalization across multiple audiences and segments
  • Own lead scoring, lead management and lead routing for marketing, ensuring processes and rules of engagement are aligned with goals and priorities
  • Design and lead data quality and data analytics strategy, infrastructure deployment, internal/external alignment and communications, reporting and marketing process governance
  • Lead the Marketing Operations team in the administration of marketing platforms and in supporting the broader Marketing organization


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of related marketing experience with 5+ years focused on marketing operations
  • 2+ years of leadership and team management experience
  • Experience with marketing automation and workflows, preferably with Hubspot (certification is a plus)
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring lead generation programs for B2B audiences and designing, implementing and managing lead management and routing systems
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring nurture campaigns for B2B audiences
  • Experience using Salesforce, building reports and campaigns
  • Deep understanding and successful management of a wide variety of marketing platforms including automation, lead routing, ABM, personalization, chat, etc.
  • Self-starter with drive to succeed in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects, delegate, and manage time effectively
