Meeting your future team:

Collibra is looking for a Director of Marketing Programs to join our Global Demand Center team. Reporting to the Global VP of Demand Gen & Field Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing, measuring and optimizing scalable marketing programs that drive demand and customer loyalty. Leading a team of talented marketing program managers, you will lead a demand and engagement program center of excellence ensuring Collibra educates, nurtures and converts our target audiences in a highly efficient and effective manner.

Director of Marketing Programs at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing program managers, responsible for building, executing, measuring and optimizing global marketing programs that drive new customer acquisition, customer expansion and customer adoption, retention and renewals.
  • Identify, document and implement strategies for improving the efficiency, performance and ROI of our global marketing programs, carefully measuring program results and data by objective, channel, tactic and content.
  • Partner closely with Global Campaigns to ensure programs are aligned with the overall global campaign strategy and to provide channel/tactic expertise when refining and/or scaling campaigns.
  • Lead the interlock with Field Marketing, Digital Marketing and Communications teams to align on marketing program approach, timing, resources and any localization or customization needs.
  • Provide Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams with enablement on marketing program approach and gain feedback to inform future program development.

You Have:

  • Proven experience in developing, executing and measuring marketing programs for a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong experience driving multi-channel marketing programs, through tactics like website, paid media, email nurture, webinars, events, etc., leverage best-of-breed marketing technology to improve efficiency and drive scale
  • Experience leading, coaching and mentoring a team responsible for driving demand
  • Understanding of global and regional interlock with proven experience executing integrated campaigns and programs at scale 
  • Strong analytical skills and track record of making data-driven decisions to continually optimize marketing program performance
  • Fluency in G-Suite, Marketing Automation and CRM systems such as Marketo, Demandbase and Salesforce.com, as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools
  • Preferred experience working with the SiriusDecisions Campaign Framework and its implementation process

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will have met your primary business partners and you’ll understand our team, processes and business goals.
  • Within your third month, you will be working with your team in developing and executing marketing program plans.
  • Within your sixth month, you will be providing recommendations (based on data and analysis) on how to improve and scale Collibra’s marketing programs.
