VP of Marketing
As the VP of Marketing at Cadre, you will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing vision and strategy. Responsibilities include the planning, development, and implementation of all marketing / outreach initiatives, with a focus on targeting prospective platform investors, building customer awareness, generating customer leads and driving engagement. You will own lead generation across all potential channels (paid media, email/direct mail, events, etc). You will initially report to the Investor Relations team, and manage and collaborate with outside marketing agencies. You will be central to the company’s goal of growing the number of qualified, engaged customers on our platform and increasing awareness of the Cadre brand.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Leadership and Investor Relations teams to define and communicate Cadre’s product and value proposition in a way that resonates with target audience and instills a perception of quality and trust
- Develop, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing program
- Potential to hire and manage / oversee outside marketing agencies and maximize impact of their efforts
- Monitor progress and effectiveness of marketing campaigns through measurable metrics
- Create and manage a calendar of events to target and acquire new customers
- Evaluate opportunities for accretive partnerships and sponsorships
- Conduct client and market research and maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and investor preferences
What You Have
- Minimum of 8-10+ years experience in marketing with track record of demonstrable success
- Experience developing campaigns across multiple channels including email, direct mail, paid media, search ads, etc.
- Preference for experience within financial services industry and/or with high net worth target clients
- Data-driven mindset with experience developing a KPI framework and tracking performance against stated goals
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, Salesforce/CRMs, segmentation, influence and ROI
- Experience in the design and production of digital and print collateral
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Collaborative working style, detail- and goal- oriented, self-starter
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing and communications or other relevant field
