Director of Marketing

Pager is looking for a creative and passionate Director of Marketing. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to get hands-on with driving company-wide marketing strategies, execute on specific product marketing campaigns and make an impact on the development product features. This role falls under the Product Team and work cross-functionally with Business Development, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop the positioning, messaging and overall communication strategies for Pager’s services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build partnerships with Pager’s clients to develop marketing campaigns by gathering requirements
- Play a core part of the Product Team to drive acquisition, engagement and utilization of the Pager product
- Develop go to market strategies for core product marketing and messaging
- Manage and execute multi-channel marketing strategies including inbound, advertising and email marketing
- Track and measure different marketing strategies using A/B testing and metrics to drive key marketing decisions
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 5+ years of experience with a background in engagement, growth, acquisition, retention and product marketing
- Exposure to world-class marketing
- Healthcare experience and background working with payers
- Experience with specific marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, MailChimp, etc
