About the role

As the Director of Marketing you will be increasing brand awareness and driving inbound qualified leads. You will create a 3 year marketing strategy and 2019 tactical implementation plan for digital and in-person activities . You will report to Stride’s CEO, Debbie Madden, and will have a direct report on the marketing team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing

• The ability to work onsite in NYC 5 days a week

• A collaborative mindset

• An interest in staying ‘hands-on’, you can roll up your sleeves and do the work

• Variety and richness of experience

Nice to have

• Enterprise or Start Up experience

• A successful track record in Product

• Interest in building a business, including building business plans and growth models

• Experience at consulting company or similar

• Account-based marketing
