About The Role

You’ll be hands on with our CEO, product and sales teams in handling all aspects of our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a technical and detail-oriented marketer, with a solid understanding of sales processes and a strong SaaS background.  

You’ll be developing and executing marketing campaigns that are designed to generate qualified leads and move them through the funnel. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with sales and marketing automation tools and be able to execute on a combination of branding and demand generation. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS context.
  • Analytical and metrics-driven with a desire to launch, learn, and iterate to continually improve programs.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing.
  • Marketing automation tool experience (Hubspot, Marketo or similar)
  • Ability to communicate vision, strategy, and tactics as well as execute and implement.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with running reports, campaign management, and lead management.
  • Experience in tracking and optimizing funnel conversion.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Day to Day:

  • Develop, execute, and manage an integrated, multi-touch demand generation plan.
  • Create a qualified pipeline from marketing programs / channels including video, social, email, lead nurturing programs, strategic partnership programs, SEO, SEM, etc.
  • Fill the funnel with new leads and nurture leads with progressive and effective email and digital nurture programs while optimizing for success.
  • Digital and email marketing — ability to provide feedback on digital asset design and layout, creative design. 
  • Create marketing copy, A/B test, and segment users to constantly improve performance.
  • Understand and recommend ways to drive more lead conversions through campaign content, retargeting, personalization through the use of analytics, testing, and strategy.
  • Management of demand generation campaigns including planning, promotion, execution, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Test, measure and optimize programs and tactics on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed goals.
  • Own, refine, and report on acquisition metrics such as ROAS, CACs, LTVs, MQLs
