nTopology’s mission is to empower engineers to design transformative products. Our customers use nTop Platform to design some of the most important & innovative products within aerospace, medical device, automotive, & consumer industries that leverage cutting edge advanced manufacturing like 3D printing.

nTop is looking for our Director of Marketing to lead our brand vision/strategy and execute on our product focused go-to market. You will build upon our current marketing function to architect a world class organization that becomes the outward face of nTopology while seeding and supporting our growth.

This role is an opportunity to make a major impact in how nTop defines the future of engineering. This role reports to the CRO.

What you'll do:

  • Lead our brand vision/strategy
  • Align with Sales on key markets and quarterly priorities. Determine what marketing efforts can support Sales goals
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to plan and execute new product launches
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to understand the buyer's journey & develop major marketing initiatives aligned with our customers & product value
  • Own the top of funnel lead generation
  • Build out a world-class product marketing team
  • Own the development of all outward facing content
  • Create and oversee lifecycle marketing, including but not limited to prospect and customer email drip campaigns
  • Measure performance of all aspects of marketing while constantly experimenting to improve and optimize performance across all channels
  • Support channel growth with partner/channel marketing programs
  • Provide executive-level transparency of demand generation and marketing results in weekly, monthly and quarterly views
  • Managing the marketing budget including program spend, third-party agencies, freelancers and contractors
  • Specify and incorporate relevant tools and marketing technology stack

  • You know how to scale. You're experienced in creating efficient processes, setting clear expectation setting, and managing competing priorities

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in field/community focused roles in a growth oriented tech organization
  • You love to think deeply about challenging problems and use data or research when applicable.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both in written and oral.
  • You have well-developed leadership and management skills with the ability to excite and lead others.
  • You're able to build trust with a sales organization.
  • B.S. or B.A. required
