We are looking for a Director to lead our Member Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for driving user adoption and maximizing engagement on our platform with partner companies across our book of business—including organizations like GAP, Whole Foods, and Equinox.
Member utilization is one of the most important KPIs of Spring Health today. High utilization equates to more people that we can help through our offering and more value for our partners. We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling and driving consumer-minded campaigns from ideation to execution. You are organized, process driven, resourceful, and have worked at a high-growth startup. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills—and a drive to do whatever it takes to maximize user signups and service utilization. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing marketing team while making a direct impact on the mental health of those who belong to our growing client roster.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead a team of Member Marketers responsible for the ideation and execution of marketing strategies to engage end-users across our book of business
- Managing variable revenue for FFS Member Marketing hires
- Working collaboratively w/ strategic account managers
- Be solely responsible for successfully maximizing new member enrollments and engagements at our existing partner companies
- Empathize with the end user’s pain points and develop strategies that address them
- Demonstrate our value proposition throughout the entire user journey
- Work collaboratively with and communicate well with cross-functional marketing teams, as well as our Customer Success, Growth, Product, and Operations teams
- Drive conversations with customers in high-stakes pitches for large enterprises that want to understand our marketing strategy
- Track and report on efforts across our partners and the impact of your initiatives
- Lead strategic marketing discussions with our largest partners to sell in best practices and develop plans tailored to reach their unique populations
- Work cross-functionally to develop marketing materials and campaigns assets to build awareness and drive engagement, including emails, landing pages, internal wikis, paid media ads, flyers, direct mail, webinars, call-in centers, SMS messaging, and member testimonialsInclude

What we expect from you:
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ of those years of experience at a high-growth startup
- Big plus: experience in healthcare (HIPAA compliance) and/or employer benefits
- Experience leading teams that drive user acquisition at scale for B2C or B2B2C
- You’ve always been a top performer, yet a collaborative and cross-functional player who thrives in a culture of collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurship
- You are a self-starter who thrives when given autonomy with a proven ability and desire to build effective relationships
- You are relentless about achieving your goals
- You possess exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
