About Us:

Metric Digital powers marketing for the best, most disruptive direct to consumer brands in the world. We’ve helped companies drive sustainable growth that helped fuel their acquisition, IPO, or next funding round, such as Canada Goose (IPO), Bonobos (Acquired), Hired.com (Series C). Many of our clients are on the IAB 250 list, like JackThreads, Mack Weldon, Hint Water and Nature Box.

We’ve grown from a team of ~5 to a team of ~30 in the last two and a half years, and are looking for leaders to help us continue on our growth trajectory. We also recently published our first book, Badvertising, which uncovers shady practices in the digital marketing industry and helps brand executives avoid them.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced, talented marketer to work with us to lead a team that executes client projects to create, implement, track, optimize, and report on digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels for companies from the Fortune 100 to Startups in their earliest stages.

The ideal candidate will have client services experience, Paid Search and Paid Social expertise, and experience driving sales and revenue (performance eCommerce objectives) with 100K+ per month spend. Management experience is a huge plus.

You Will:

  • Develop and oversee digital advertising strategy across several clients; contribute creative and strategic thinking through conception and execution of ideas that build brand credibility and grow revenue
  • Manage and develop junior associates and digital specialists to deliver on execution of best-in-class Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
  • Collaborate with clients to create and drive the digital strategy for a brand. Client services/communication will be key to your success.
  • Create, monitor, analyze and deliver reporting of the results of all digital marketing programs in an effort to identify which marketing channels drive the highest ROI in helping clients achieve their business results

About You:

  • 4-7+ years managing paid digital advertising for performance objectives (conversions, sales, revenue)
  • Fluency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms
  • Player + coach mentality - at a start-up like ours, everyone who manages also needs to do
  • An all-star track record of providing actionable insights on target audiences to inform and evolve future campaigns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, fully owning whatever is thrown your way
